REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Upon approval, we will share return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If the return meets our conditions, we will process a refund to your original payment method (via Razorpay).

Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days from the date of receiving the return.

You will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.
We reserve the right to reject refunds for items that do not meet return conditions.
4. Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange a product for a different size or design, please email us within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before it is dispatched—whichever is earlier. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
